Accepting Grace

Life's traumas are difficult to navigate especially when you feel loneliness. Guilt and what if questions tend to bounce around your brain, which can drive one crazy. However, if you take a moment or two out of your day to just breathe and focus on something beatuful, you will find grace.


Grace is something that we ofen denie ourselves because we may falsely believe that we deserve the pain that we are in. That somehow rather the circumstance is our fault or not that we deserve pain. Everyone needs accountablility but not everlasting pain. Grace allows you to work through the trauma and the pains of life. It tells your heart and your brain that it is okay to feel, but it is also time to focus on the next step.


So if this is you today, take 3 deep breathes and relax your body. With each breathe invision yourself in a state of peace and what that looks like for you. Stay in that place until your mind and body feel calm. This will clear your thoughts and open space for you to take your next step.
